教學過程中,如何讓學生在學習中發揮主要作用,是一個重要的問題。教師在教導學生要充分發揮主觀能動性,激發學生參與學習活動,以實現教師與學生之間的互動。問題BasedLearning的教學法(PBL)是目前世界上流行的以問題為導向的教學方法,是一種以學生為中心的教育。實踐已經證明,PBL教學可以很好地調動學生的積極性,但必須有更長時間才能完成的問題,引導學習過程中的老師和學生,學生還需要投入了大量的精力去檢查和準備討論的內容的文件。為此,筆者在計算機輔助藥物設計圖紙PBL教學,其改進的設計在每個類中的一些實際問題和藥物設計,引導學生積極討論,啟發學生的思維,讓學生從灌??輸式學習納入積極,主動的學習。教師在教學實踐中,靈活,合理運用現代教育技術,調動學生的積極性,教學改革投入,使教學效果得到很大的提高。 3。創新的測試方法
 
 
為了培養學生的綜合素質和創新,在評估的方式,筆者沒有采取傳統的閉卷考試方法,而不是采用靈活多樣的形式。學生成績(百分)由以下幾部分組成:最后的開卷考試(50%)和平時的實踐成果為基礎的測驗分數(20%),加上出席記錄實驗班考勤的基本條件(20%) ,平時積極參與課堂討論課課堂表現分(10%),也就是說,最終錄取分數線的學生。這不僅會降低學生的負擔,也促進了學生分析問題和解決問題的能力,促進學生主動學習的理念貫穿于整個教學過程,而不僅僅是死記硬背學期結束的時候,也有利于學生提高到主動學習的習慣,幫助學生提高整體素質
 
 
三,要求教師學習現代教育技術的應用
 
 
目前,學校普遍配備更現代化的教學設備,但擁有現代化的教學設備,這并不意味著他們可以發揮現代教育技術的優勢。還需要廣大教師的現代教育理論的學習和研究,充分利用現代教育技術。 “教師需要跟上當前的理論和研究的發展,并了解這些事態發展對課堂教學實踐的意義。”
 
 
隨著社會的發展和科學的進步,每個人都面臨著終身教育。教師作為教育的先驅,第一,更新自己的知識更新和現代教育技術的學習者,使用者和傳播者,提高教學質量,激發學生的學習興趣,教師首先要提高學習興趣;要培養他們的在教學和創新的過程中創新意識不斷嘗試,充分學習和使用現代教育技術。為此,筆者通過各種渠道學習和掌握現代教育技術。首先,積極參加學校和社會組織的各種教學技術培訓課程,跟上同齡人,不落后,還可以利用暑假和其他課余時間,研究和開發的各種軟件使用,學以致用及時在課堂上的應用程序和演示。在學習過程中的方法和應用這些技術,實現了無限樂趣。

四,現代教育技術應用的成效評估
為了聽取學生的建議,以更好地促進CADD教學改革,筆者在2009年CADD選修課程的學生展開了調查問卷。選修學生60年,56人參加了答案。有關這篇文章的內容,統計和分析,結果如下:#P
 
 
1。學生的學習興趣
有關的選修課程的目的,CADD,有13人(23.2%),因為主題內容和學生或畢業后要往這個方向有關的研究項目,而僅僅是一個多達36人(64.3%)感興致為了學習一些藥房相關知識。說明是為了促進學生的學習興趣,學習主動學習的一個重要因素。

4。教學過程中的部分利息
選擇受體為基礎的藥物設計方法的理論課中28人(50.0%);選擇理論課程,在配體為基礎的藥物設計方法,22人(39.3%);生物信息學內容的19人(33.9%)選擇理論課程。 28人(50.0%)表示各種軟件,并在各種網站更感興趣,學生要使用網絡資源,不斷擴大自己的知識。的視頻教學內容方面,有12(21.4%),筆者在自制的DVD教學片,而25(44.6%)認為,有關章節的DVD電影添加更多的內容感興趣。在實際操作中,25人(44.6%)在實驗教學片的興趣,學生也提出了,看著深刻的印象,希望更多更好的,建議教師下載軟件的方法。有8人(14.3%),實驗教學影片內容并不豐富,任何額外的實驗內容。 42人

上述數據說明,歡迎學生使用現代教育技術,當然它帶來的樂趣和學習的教學效果,筆者的教學改革是成功的。
